Prerequisites

3ds Max 2017 must be installed prior to installing the update.

Installing/Uninstalling

Installing this version

To install this version:

Download the appropriate update version.
Double-click the executable.
Follow the prompts in the installer.

Uninstalling this version

Windows 10

To uninstall from a Windows 10 system:

In Search Windows, type Installed Updates and then select View Installed Updates.
Select Autodesk 3ds Max <version#>.
Click Uninstall.

Windows 7/Windows 8

To uninstall from a Windows 7 or Windows 8 system:

Select Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
Click View Installed Updates.
Select Autodesk 3ds Max <version#>.
Click Uninstall.
