Primary Issues Resolved by This Update
Issues fixed with this Update:
PLANTVAULTBUILDLOCALCACHE variable
- This variable has been added to mitigate incremental local cache build performance. When this variable is on, the local persistent cache for the master database is fully built when the Vault project is opened and the persistent cache doesn’t exist yet. Default value is 0.
PLANTVAULTCHECKINTIMEOUT variable
- Plant 3D serializes all check-in and drops outstanding check ins if the wait time is longer that 30 seconds. Now, the new variable, PLANTVAULTCHECKINTIMEOUT, can specify the outstanding check-in wait time in seconds. Check ins are serialized and will be canceled if the wait time is greater than the timeout value. The default value is 30 secs.
Data Manager
- Performance has been improved in the Data Manager.
Slines crossing
- Fixed an issue that occurred when two slines were crossed and were out of range for paper space.
Slines using grips
- Fixed an issue that occurred when enlarging the sline using grip removed those property parts of the tag
which were not from the pipeline group.
Loss of XREF paths
- Fixed an issue that resulted in the loss of XREF paths when the local workspace was deleted.
Viewport regen
- Fixed an issue that caused the forced viewport regen to be slow.
Weld gaps and cut piece list
- Fixed an issue that occurred when weld gaps caused an incorrect cut piece list.
LDT Attribute mapping
- Fixed an issue in LDT Attribute mapping when the attributes contained special characters in the LDT file.
Pipelilne segments to prompt for tag
- Fixed an issue that occurred when setting pipeline segments to "prompt for tag..." caused the spec and size to not fill out correctly.
Xref Disconnects
- Fixed an issue that caused disconnects between xref drawings.
Iso Continuation issue
- Fixed an issue that caused Iso Continuation to show connected piping as equipment connections.
Local WS Performance
- Fixed a local WS performance issue that was caused by a large number of project DWGs.
File Check In
- Fixed an issue where only one user could successfully check-in a file at a time.
Synchronization issue
- Fixed a performance issue when many changes were being synchronized.
