This readme contains the latest information for Autodesk^® AutoCAD^® Plant 3D 2019.1 Update. It is recommended to read the entire document before you install the product.

Fixes

Project Migration

The following issues are now fixed:

• P&ID drawings that failed to migrate during the project migration process.
• Drawings that are not recognized as part of the project after the migration.

Collaboration & Vault

The following issues are now fixed:

• Performance improvement for high latency network.
• Some project settings are not synchronized.
• Orthographic views cannot be updated in certain cases.

P&ID Improvements

The following issues are now fixed:

• Performance improvement when selecting and copying P&ID objects.
• Performance improvement when refreshing the Data Manager for your Plant data.
• Performance improvement when opening a project setup.
• Duplicate P&ID painter styles were getting listed in a multi-language environment.

Piping Improvements

The following issues are now fixed:

• Performance improvement for spec update.
• Part family long description was not displayed in the spec update palette.
• Block-based valve operator cannot be updated when you override it in the Properties palette.
• Piping components disappeared in certain cases.

Isometrics improvements

The following issues are now fixed:

• LDT files failed to import.
• Reinforcement pad did not show in the Bill of Materials.
• Parts with different connection diameters did not show all sizes in the Bill of Materials.
• Spool drawings failed when generated.
• A certain type of pipe support has the wrong direction in the PCF file.

Report Creator Improvements

The following issue is now fixed:

• Report creator stops working in Windows 10 version 1709 and later.

An additional defect has been fixed with the following result:

• DevExpress is now updated to a newer version, which includes multiple function improvements.

Miscellaneous Fixes

The following issues are now fixed:

• PlantOrthoShowOpenPipeSymbol variable did not work correctly in some cases.
• Unable to export to the correct file format with Excel 2016.
• Some Plant properties got corrupted when installing AutoCAD Plant 3D 2019 with AutoCAD Plant 3D 2018 using the side-by-side configuration.
