Who Should Install This Hot Fix?

Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2019.0.1 Hot Fix is recommended for all users. It enhances reliability and corrects issues that you may encounter while using the product.
This Hot Fix may be applied to any licensed copy of Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2019 software installed as a stand-alone product, or as part of a suite on a 64-bit OS.

Installation Instructions

Apply This Hot Fix to a Standalone Installation

Follow these instructions to install this Hot Fix on a single computer.

  1. Download this Hot Fix and save it to any folder.
  2. If required, insert the product media (for example, the Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2019 installation disc).
  3. Find the folder where you saved the Hot Fix and double-click the MSP file.

Apply This Hot Fix Through a Local Network

Follow these instructions to install this Hot Fix on multiple computers using your local network.

  1. Download this Hot Fix and save it to any shared folder on your local network.
  2. Find the shared folder where you saved the Hot Fix, and double-click the MSP file.

Note: Installation through your local network using the CAD Manager Control Utility is not supported for this Hot Fix.

Apply This Hot Fix to a Network Administrative Image (Deployment)

The following distribution method applies only to administrative images created with the Deployment wizard.

  1. Navigate to the folder where the deployment is saved.
  2. Open the Tools folder under the Deployment folder, and launch the “Create & modify a deployment” setup.
  3. Follow the Install Deployment wizard with default settings, and click Create. Then click the Add Updates button.
  4. In the Autodesk AppModeDeployment Updates dialog box, click UPDATES, and then the Add button to the Hot Fix that you want to add. Make sure the Status has changed to “Included” and the Add button becomes Remove. Then Close the dialog box.

Note: When the Hot Fix is included in a deployment, the deployment will install the Hot Fix.

Uninstall this Hot Fix

Windows 7 / Windows 8

  1. From the Start menu (Windows), click Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. In the Programs and Features window, in the left pane, click View Installed Updates.
  4. Find the appropriate Hot Fix in the list of updates. Click Uninstall.

Printout Composition (Screen Capture dialog)

  1. The issue resulting in a blank or rescaled screen capture using the "View updated upon printing" option has been fixed.
  2. The issue resulting in a blank screen capture using the "Current view (PNG)" option has been fixed.
  3. The issue resulting in a black screen capture using the "Copy to clipboard" option has been fixed.
